The Mariners placed first baseman Ryon Healy on the 10-day disabled list, retroactive to Sunday, with a sprained right ankle and recalled right-hander Chasen Bradford from Triple-A Tacoma on Monday.
Bradford, 28, appeared in 1 game with AAA Tacoma this season, tossing 1.0 shutout inning vs. Sacramento on April 5. He appeared in 9 games with the Mariners in Spring Training, recording 1 save and a 0-1 record while striking out 9 in 10.1 innings pitched.
The Mariners claimed Bradford off waivers from New York-NL on Jan. 19, 2018. He made his Major League debut with the Mets last season, going 2-0 with a 3.
