Haniger homers twice, shows off arm vs. Halos

SEATTLE -- Maybe Mitch Haniger just got tired of watching Mike Trout terrorize the Mariners.

While Trout hit a solo homer and made a nice catch to rob Nelson Cruz of a potential extra-base hit at the top of the wall in center field, Haniger one-upped the Angels' MVP with two home runs and a great throw from right field during Tuesday's game at Safeco Field.

Haniger ripped a solo shot in the first inning. Then after Trout tied it with his blast in the fifth, Haniger answered with a two-run shot in the bottom of that inning to put Seattle back on top, 3-1.
