The annual Seafair Torchlight Parade will be held Saturday night (July 25) starting at 7:30 pm and run down 4th Avenue in Downtown Seattle. And the Mariners will be well-represented with Felix Hernandez and Robinson Cano serving as the grand marshals for the parade following the 1:10 pm game vs. the Blue Jays.
The Alaska Airlines Seafair Torchlight Parade is the largest nighttime parade in the Northwest and a highly anticipated event for thousands of people lining the parade route year-after-year. Precision drill teams, community floats, regional and international bands, equestrian units, giant helium balloons, comical clowns and swashbuckling pirates all come together for one magical night in downtown Seattle to celebrate true family and community entertainment.
