Mariners Hall of Famer Dan Wilson and the Mariner Moose paid a visit to WestSound Orthopaedics in Silverdale to spread the Northwest Healthy message.
Dan, who is CHI Franciscan’s Ambassador for the NW Healthy Campaign, met with staff members and spent one-on-one time with patients undergoing rehab therapy.
The Moose also got in on the act doing some yoga poses (Downward Moose?), a few bicep curls and getting tips from a physical therapist on proper technique for leg lifts.
