PEORIA, Ariz. — The Mariners fell to the White Sox by a score of 6–5 today at Peoria Stadium. Bryce Miller made his first start of the spring for Seattle, spinning 2.0 innings with 3 strikeouts.
The White Sox were the first to get on the board in the top of the first inning after designated hitter Eloy Jiménez singles to center field to put up the first run of the game 1–0.
The Mariners would quickly respond after a triple by Luis Urías to start the bottom of the second inning.
