The Rangers roll into Seattle this evening after a disastrous start to their second half. Going into the All-Star Break they were in legitimate contention for a Wild Card spot. After taking the first two games after the break against the Astros, the Rangers have lost every game since and now sport a 7-game losing streak and find themselves 6.5 games out in the Wild Card race. The Rangers have had their troubles on the road with a 19-28 away record this season. Only 3 of their post-break losses came on the road and they’ve got a full week of travelling to take on division rivals starting with this 3-game series against the Mariners.
