After the Mariners’ putrid offensive showing last night, where they failed to score even one run to support Chris Flexen’s sterling effort, not to mention another sharp turn by the bullpen, the team will try to get back on track. Unfortunately, they’ll have to do so against Jake Odorizzi, a late-season signing who has surely been doused in some Magic Astros Pitching Dust by now. Per Jake’s always-excellent series preview (read the series previews! they are helpful!), this game carries the lowest projected win percentage probability for the Astros—but it’s still projecting Houston to win by a healthy margin.
