After yesterday’s opener was abruptly cut short by a torrential Arizona downpour, today should go at least five innings. Hopefully.
The Mariners’ lineup features about half of the projected starting lineup, and we have Ichiro!’ and Mike Leake’s spring training debut to look forward to, too. We should also expect Ruben Alaniz, Zac Rosscup, Justin Dunn, and Dan Altavilla to all make appearances, weather permitting. Old friend Chris Herrmann gets the start at catcher for the A’s, and baseball on TV is back! Hooray!
