SANTA CLARA, Calif. – After a 10-day break, the Santa Clara women's water polo team will play a pair of Golden Coast Conference games on the road this week.
The Broncos, who have won two of their last three outings, play San Diego State (10-11, 3-1) on Thursday at 4 p.m. and Concordia (9-6, 0-1) on Friday at 1:30 p.m.
"I really like how our team is playing," head coach Keith Wilbur said. "I really think we have been improving throughout the year, and the rest of our season is mostly conference games. This is what we have been working towards, and I think our players are ready to play their best at the right time"
Last season, the Broncos (6-11, 0-1) had one-goal decisions against both San Diego State and Concordia.
