SANTA CLARA, Calif. – Santa Clara women's tennis earned its first win of the dual match season defeating CSUN 4-1 on a warm Sunday afternoon at Degheri Tennis Center. The Broncos (1-2) reeled off four straight points in singles play after dropping the doubles point.
"CSUN is good at doubles and we didn't play our best. We're going to keep working on doubles as it's a work in progress for us," said Broncos head coach Ben Cabell. "I was really proud of the team on how they came out after the doubles and rebounded after losing the point.
