SANTA CLARA, Calif. – Santa Clara women's soccer stayed hot and picked up its fourth consecutive victory in a 2-0 match against San Francisco on Saturday afternoon at home.
The Broncos (7-4-2, 4-0 WCC) were the aggressors from the opening whistle and were on the front foot for almost the entire 90 minutes. They finished the match with 22 shots, 11 on frame, while allowing the Dons (5-6-2, 1-3 WCC) just three shots with one coming on target.
The goals came from Kelsey Turnbow and Kaile Halvorsen with Alex Loera, Makoto Nezu, and Lucy Mitchell all picking up assists.
