SAN MATEO, Calif. - After averaging 23 points on 52.9 percent shooting in two games, Santa Clara's sophomore sensation Brandin Podziesmki has been tabbed as the West Coast Conference Player of the Week for the second time this season. He is the first Bronco to win the award multiple times in one year since Jared Brownridge won twice in in the 2016-17 season.
Podziemski helped lead the Broncos to two victories on the week to stretch their win streak to four-straight and improve to 7-2 overall on the year. The sharpshooter shot 41.2 percent from beyond the arc and averaged 8.
