STANFORD, Calif. – Jesus Tapiador Barajas advanced to the round of 32 in both doubles and singles at the ITA Northwest Regional Championships on Friday, winning all three of his matches.
Tapiador Barajas teamed with Santiago Hinojosa to defeat the Sacramento State duo of Abdulaziz Al Bayouk and Michael Vizcarra, 8-2. The Bronco duo will next face Stanford's Neel Rajesh and Timothy Sah on Saturday morning.
Vasileios Iliopoulos and Arthur Neuhaus joined Tapiador Barajas and Hinojosa in the doubles round of 32, beating Wout Doumen and Erik Grimes of Eastern Washington, 8-4.
