SEATTLE – Robert Seby beat Sebastian Hawken in three sets to clinch the match for Santa Clara men's tennis, 4-3, over Washington at the Nordstrom Tennis Center on Sunday.
With the match tied at 3-3, it all came down to court six between the Bronco senior and Hawken. After dropping the first set, Seby came back to beat Hawken, 3-6, 6-3, 6-4, to help Santa Clara (4-1) to a come from behind win over the Huskies.
Against the Huskies (2-3), Santa Clara dropped the doubles point for the first time in four matches.
