SANTA CLARA, Calif. – Santa Clara men's soccer continues its five-match homestand hosting Grand Canyon on Sunday in the first ever meeting between the two programs. Kickoff is set for 7:30 p.m. as the Broncos will look to continue to build on its 2-1 start to the season, including a 5-1 win over San Jose State last Friday.

Grand Canyon is led by Schellas Hyndman who is in his fifth season with the program and 36th season as a collegiate head coach. The longtime coach at SMU where he led the Mustangs to two College Cup appearances in 2000 and 2005 also coached at the professional level, being named the 2010 MLS Coach of the Year for FC Dallas.
