SANTA CLARA, Calif. - Santa Clara men's basketball's game against the University of Portland scheduled for Monday in Portland has been canceled, the West Coast Conference announced on Thursday.
This non-contest aligns with prior rescheduling policy decisions consistent throughout the 2021-22 WCC men's basketball season.
The game had been initially rescheduled from Jan. 8 to Feb. 14 in early January when both programs were navigating Covid Protocols.
The Broncos are coming off one of the biggest wins of the Herb Sendek era, a 77-72 victory over No. 22 Saint Mary's. Santa Clara is third in the WCC Standings at 17-8, 7-3.
