The Cougars (18-7, 7-5) are coming off a pair of road losses, getting knocked off by Loyola Marymount on Thursday and Gonzaga two days later.
Santa Clara (tied for sixth) is two games back of BYU (tied for third) in the West Coast Conference standings.
