NORMAN, Okla. – Jack Avrit, Alex Conley, Zack Kaneshiro and Matt McCarty of Santa Clara men's golf were recognized for their accomplishments in the classroom and on the course.
That foursome earned Srixon/Cleveland Golf All-America Scholar accolades from the Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA).
To be eligible, an individual must be a sophomore, junior or senior academically with a minimum cumulative grade-point average of 3.20. Individuals must also have participated in 40 percent of the team's competitive rounds and possess a stroke-average under 76.
