SANTA CLARA, Calif. – Fresh off an NCAA championship, Erin Lindsey has been named head volleyball coach at Santa Clara University.
Lindsey spent the last two seasons as an assistant with Stanford which won its eighth NCAA title last weekend.
She becomes the 10th head coach in school history that dates back to 1963 and enters her second stint as a head coach after leading the program at Dartmouth from 2011 to 2015.
"We are thrilled to have Erin and her family join Santa Clara Athletics. She's had tremendous success as a Division I student-athlete and coach," Santa Clara director of athletics Renee Baumgartner said.
