SANTA CLARA, Calif. – Geenamarie Bonilla provided the fireworks for Santa Clara softball with her walk off three-run home run against Lehigh to give the Broncos the 6-3 win in the night cap Friday. Earlier in the day Santa Clara fell to Grand Canyon 7-4.
After Santa Clara (7-15) took advantage of three Lehigh (7-13) errors to tie the game at 3-all in the bottom of the seventh, Bonilla stepped to the plate and blasted a three-run, walk-off home run over the left center field wall.
