SAN MATEO, Calif. – Ashley Trierweiler has been named West Coast Conference Softball Player of the Week, the third time a Bronco was recognized for the award this season.
Lauren LaHood and Emma Bickford were tabbed league Player of the Week back in February and March.
In two games last week against Fresno State, Trierweiler posted a slashline of .857/.889/1.286 as she safely reached base in eight of nine plate appearances, including seven-straight. She went 6-for-7 with a walk and getting hit by a pitch to help lead the Broncos to a doubleheader split on the road.
