Haley Rosen never saw it. The fifth-year senior on the No. 4 Stanford women's soccer team was on the ground when freshman Jordan DiBiasi used her back heel to flick the ball into the back of the net, lifting the Cardinal to a 1-0 victory over visiting USC on Thursday night at Cagan Stadium.
"I had fallen over super gracefully after I passed it and all I saw was the ball go in the net," Rosen said. "And I was just like, 'Oh my gosh! Yes! Yes! Yes!' It was awesome."Stanford coach Paul Ratcliffe had a clear view from bench.
