SAN FRANCISCO -- Every NFL player experiences a level of disappointment when he doesn't make it to the Super Bowl. Green Bay Packers wide receiver James Jones is a little extra bummed out this year.
The San Jose native, who spent last season with the Raiders, was looking forward to the chance to practice at his alma mater San Jose State like the NFC champion Carolina Panthers are doing this week."It would've been unbelievable," Jones said Wednesday as he cruised around the Super Bowl's radio row, "just to come back, really where it all started for me, where my career took off at San Jose State.
