After toiling off stage since November, college basketball moves into the spotlight this week.It's probably not the landscape that you expected to see:Providence is ranked. Duke is not.The best team in the SEC is not Kentucky.The best player in America is from the Bahamas.The best team in Los Angeles is USC.It's enough to make us giddy about the prospects of NCAA Tournament mayhem.
