Sharks defenseman Brent Burns was named the winner of the Norris Trophy on Wednesday night as the NHL’s top defenseman. Burns was also a finalist for the Ted Lindsay Award, which was won by Edmonton’s Connor McDavid. The award is for the league’s Most Outstanding Player, as voted by the NHLPA.
