SAN JOSE — It might wind up as the nicest shot that’ll be made at SAP Center all year.
San Jose Sharks defenseman Brenden Dillon recently teamed up with Harlem Globetrotters star Dizzy English for a trick shot that combined the best of hockey and basketball on the ice surface at SAP Center in San Jose.
Dillon threw a blind pass over his head to English, who stood on top of a Zamboni and nailed a hook shot from over 70 feet away. The duo dubbed it the “Shark-Trotter trick shot.”
