Stanley Cup: Former Shark leads the Penguins

PITTSBURGH -- Normally stoic Pittsburgh Penguins coach Mike Sullivan smiled Sunday when asked what his feelings were about competing for the Stanley Cup against the Sharks, the team that he broke into the NHL with.

"To have the opportunity to play in the Stanley Cup final is a great thrill. I think it's the hardest trophy in sports to win," Sullivan said. "To play against the Sharks, it just seems like an eternity ago that I was playing for them. Doug Wilson was our captain. I'm sure he feels the same way."Just to have the opportunity to compete for the Stanley Cup at this time of year is a great thrill for me.
