DALLAS — The hope of two-straight win vanished quickly after the Sharks found a way to shoot themselves in the foot again.
The Dallas Stars scored three unanswered goals late in the game, ending the Sharks brief winning streak with a 3-2 win at American Airlines Center Friday.
The Stars tied it up in the second by capitalizing on a slow Sharks line change. After Karlsson flipped the puck into the Stars zone, former-Shark Roman Polak backhanded it back up through the neutral zone, springing Mattias Janmark on a breakaway chance that he buried on Martin Jones’ blocker side.
