SAN JOSE — Winger Jonny Brodzinski will miss Saturday’s game against the Vancouver Canucks and be out for at least the near future with a shoulder injury that he incurred the night before in the Sharks’ game against the Winnipeg Jets.
Lukas Radil will draw back into the lineup Saturday after he was scratched for Friday’s game, which the Sharks lost 3-2.
Brodzinski started Friday’s game on the Sharks’ fourth line with Barclay Goodrow and Noah Gregor. He assisted on Goodrow’s second period goal for his first point with the Sharks, but played just 4 minutes and 30 seconds as he was bothered by the shoulder at various times during the game, coach Pete DeBoer said Friday night.
