SAN JOSE — Erik Karlsson is back, healthy and picking up where he left off before he missed nine games with a groin injury.
Karlsson suited up for his first regular season game since Jan. 16 on Saturday, logging his usual ice time, hounding the puck and recording a point that helped as the Sharks knock off the Vancouver Canucks 3-2 at SAP Center.
Joe Pavelski scored the game-winning goal, burying the rebound of a Timo Meier shot after Canucks defenseman Alex Biega fanned on a pass, turning the puck over in his own zone. Logan Couture registered the secondary assist, his second point of the night.
