Error 0:SAN JOSE — Tomas Hertl said Monday is confident he’ll be ready for the start of training camp in the fall after he rehabilitates the torn anterior cruciate and medial collateral ligaments in his left knee.
Hertl, who suffered the injury in a Jan. 29 game with the Vancouver Canucks, had surgery Feb. 3 and no longer has to walk around with crutches as he begins the recovery process.
“I don’t mind working out and I know I will get back and I will have no issues,” Hertl said.
