A black cat that turned out to be a lucky charm for the San Jose Sharks after running out on the ice during warm-ups of a playoff game, is having some good luck herself.
Jo Paw-velski is being cared for by Humane Society Silicon Valley, where an exam proved that she's in good health and may soon be available for adoption.
The exam also showed that Jo is a female, forcing the Sharks to change her original name of Joe, and just go with it.
Jo claimed the spotlight Friday night when she ran out from beneath the Nashville Predators' bench, scurried along the board down the ice, and disappeared under the stands before the playoff game began.
