ST. LOUIS — The Western Conference final between the Sharks and St. Louis could be decided by special teams play.
If you listened to Sharks coach Pete DeBoer talk about it Sunday, following his team’s pre-Game 1 skate, you’d think his team should have an advantage in that regard.
“From our power-play perspective, we know it’s been good all year, it’s been consistently good, it’s been good through the playoffs,” DeBoer said. “We know we’re going to get chances on the power play against this team, one of the most penalized teams in the league during the regular season and the playoffs.
