The Sharks got off to a rough start Monday night. Unfortunately for them, their finish wasn’t very good, either.

The Flames scored three goals in the first period, including two by Mikhael Backlund, and Johnny Gaudreau added two during his team’s three-goal third period as host Calgary defeated San Jose 8-5 on Monday night.
