OTTAWA, Ontario — Matt Duchene capped off an incredible Ottawa Senators comeback, stealing a point away from the Sharks in the fourth game of their five-game road trip.
Duchene scored the game-winning goal on a two-on-one play just seven seconds into overtime, lifting the Senators to a 6-5 win over the Sharks.
The Senators erased a three-goal deficit in the third, scoring three times in the period’s opening 10:48 to make it a 5-5 game .
Derick Brassard scored just 26 seconds into the frame and then Matt Duchene got one at 8:25 to cut the Sharks lead to a single goal.
