SAN JOSE — Forward Joonas Donskoi and defenseman Dylan DeMelo have both been cleared to play but the Sharks as still awaiting word on when Jannik Hansen might be able to join the team.
Hansen, acquired Tuesday from the Vancouver Canucks, is still going through the immigration process to live and work in the United States. The Sharks play in Minnesota on Sunday and Winnipeg on Monday.
“It’s really day-to-day,” Sharks coach Pete DeBoer said about Hansen’s situation. “I could get a call in an hour and say he’s got clearance or it could be two days.
