The San Jose Sharks did James Reimer no favors in his first appearance in teal, taking seven penalties in a 4-2 loss to Vancouver. With San Jose playing for the second consecutive night, Reimer gave Sharks fans a glimpse of why Doug Wilson acquired him before the trade deadline.
Reimer made 31 saves in posting his first victory with the Sharks as he led San Jose to a 3-0 win over the Edmonton Oilers on Tuesday night.
Just like last night, San Jose got off to quick start as Logan Couture took an innocent looking wrist shot from the left wing that Cam Talbot couldn’t locate.
