According to the AHL transactions page, Rourke Chartier has been added to the San Jose Barracuda. In what appears to be a corresponding move, the ‘Cuda sent winger Bryan Moore to the Allen Americans of the ECHL on Monday this week. The team has yet to issue a formal announcement. Chartier opened the year on the Sharks’ injured reserve with a concussion.

During the 2016-17 season, Chartier centered the team’s third line where he spent a bit of time alongside Buddy Robinson and Timo Meier. Chartier scored 17 goals and added 18 assists — good for 35 points — in 67 games.
