The Sharks will have a new divisional opponent before long, and they'll learn the name of that eventual rival much sooner than that.
The Seattle expansion franchise is set to join the NHL as the league's 32nd franchise for the 2021-22 season. A video posted to the organization's Twitter account Wednesday teased a major announcement for the following morning, with the expectation that it will reveal the team's name.
