Zack Kassian? Again?
Zack Kassian. Again.
It’s hard to believe that the Sharks are going to let Kassian beat them in this series. He was the Edmonton Oilers’ 10th leading scorer in the regular season. But
right now, he has both of the Oilers’ game-winning goals in the victories that give them a 2-1 series lead against the Sharks.
That included Sunday night’s 1-0 decision. Sharks defenseman David Schlemko made an ill-advised pass attempt from behind the net in the third period, an attempt that wound up being knocked down by Kassian — who immediately and immediately shot past Sharks’ goalie Martin Jones for the game’s only score.
