The 5,431 square-foot gated estate has 5 bedrooms and 4-and-a-half bathrooms. It features a formal dining room with wine closet, natural stone staircase, multiple French doors, among many other amenities. The home was purchased in 2013 for $4.05 million according to public records. The current listing agent is Kate Davey with Davey & Associates. Stuart, who played for the Sharks from 1999 to 2006 and again from 2012-2014, currently plays for the Colorado Avalanche.
