Former San Jose Sharks star Jeremy Roenick has sold his Scottsdale, Ariz. mansion for $3.3 million, reports the L.A. Times.
The seven-bedroom, eight-bath home sits on 18 acres and has sweeping views of the surrounding desert and mountains. It features a media room, wine tasting spot, a wiffle ball field and a guest house, among many other amenities.
The property was purchased in 2005 and had been listed since 2012. Cathy Fassero with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage was the listing agent.
Roenick played for five different teams in his 18-year career in the NHL. He scored his 500th goal and 700th assist while playing with the Sharks in his last two seasons as a professional hockey player.
