Hot off the deadline, a new podcast! Nice Dudes! Marleau is a good trade because he’s an iron man, had a slightly shortened season, and can come back next year ready to play. Sad to see Goodrow go, a quality depth player on a great contract next year. But as Doug predicted Wilson was hell-bent to get into the 1st round and a 1st for Goodrow is a great deal. Also – Chris Tierney is about to be a UFA. Could the Sharks bring him back? I hope so. Similar numbers and role to Goodrow. On Jumbo, my guess is the Bruins and others offered something like a 5th for him.
