The San Jose Sharks officially reassigned forwards Timo Meier and Marcus Sorensen and defenseman Tim Heed to the San Jose Barracuda. Cap Friendly made note of the news yesterday but because the Sharks have made use of “Paper Transactions” it was unclear if they would get game time in at the AHL level or not. While I can’t definitively say for sure, despite my best efforts, the fact that the team made the move official today combined with the fact the players were not present at practice this morning leads me to believe all three could draw into the lineup.
