The NHL isn’t going to the 2018 Olympics in PyeongChang. It’s the first time since 1994 professionals won’t go to the Winter Olympics and the players are, unsurprisingly, displeased with the move. Marc-Edouard Vlasic is among those upset with the decision, as illustrated by the following tweet:
There are a couple things to unpack here. First of all, the asterisk is obviously what Vlasic wants our attention drawn to but I can’t help but notice the weird transparent background going on here. Where did he get this from? I have so many questions.
