SAN JOSE -- Like so many other Sharks, center Logan Couture played his worst game of the postseason Saturday night. And like so many times before, Couture stood at his locker and served as a spokesman for the Sharks' disappointment.
"We have to find a way to score," he said after a 6-3 loss to the St. Louis Blues. "We just didn't play well. ... We turned the puck over and left our defensive zone early. ... I made a mistake on the faceoff."Couture has embraced the face-the-music part of his job even as a young player. But in his seventh season in San Jose, it's clear that he's more desperate than ever to change the topic of conversation.
