SAN JOSE — Captain Logan Couture will be out of the Sharks’ lineup for Wednesday’s game with the Chicago Blackhawks — and possibly longer — as he continues to recover from being struck in the side of the head with a puck in a game against the Colorado Avalanche over the weekend.
Couture was struck by a deflected puck midway through the first period of Sunday’s game with the Avalanche, left the game and did not return.
