EDMONTON, Alberta — Erik Karlsson picked up where he left off before his two-game suspension, charging the Sharks to a critical division win in Canada.
Karlsson returned from suspension with flare, recording his first four-point game with the Sharks to lead his team to a 7-4 win over the Edmonton Oilers Saturday afternoon.
The two-time Norris Trophy winner set up the Sharks first goal, hitting Joonas Donskoi with a cross-ice feed that he converted into a goal on a 3-on-1 play at 6:44 of the first. The assist gives Karlsson points in the last nine games he’s suited up for.
