SAN JOSE — It remains to be seen how busy the Sharks will be during the two-day NHL Draft in Chicago from June 23-24. Trades can still happen.
For now, it appears things will be rather sedate for the Sharks in the second, third and fourth rounds held early on the second day.
The selection order for the NHL Entry Draft was distributed Thursday and the Sharks own just one of the first 142 picks. The Sharks have a pick at No. 19 overall as the first round will be held June 23, but they had dealt away picks in the second, third and fourth rounds in prior trades.
