SAN JOSE - The San Jose Sharks (@SanJoseSharks) announced today that defenseman Brent Burns has been voted as the winner of the "Sharks Fan Favorite Award" presented by Enterprise Exotic Car Collection for the 2015-16 season. The "Sharks Fan Favorite Award" is determined by fan voting on social media and at sjsharks.com.
For the 2015-16 campaign, Burns has posted 74 points (27 goals, 47 assists) and 350 shots on goal in 81 games played. He is currently ranked 1st on the Sharks in goals, assists, points, power-play goals, power-play points, shots, and game-winning goals amongst defensemen.
